A laundry list of things I haven’t posted or linked lately!
11/12/2005 9:14 pmSo I’m not doing a very good job of keeping this up to date. Sorry! I’ve just finished the in-class component of my first law school examination. That means I’m almost 1/36th of my way through law school–whee!!!
Andrea and I are also hard at work trying to get our home ready to live in, as you can see from some of the other recent posts. In our most recent work, we had help. A team of three arrive this morning to strip and refinish the hardwood floors. You can see the before and after pictures right here. I’ll post more pics when the 48 hour drying/wait time is up.
Justin visited not long ago, and he’s coming back–this time for Thanksgiving! He took some pictures last time , which is good because mine haven’t been particularly artistic lately. This next weekend, the cabinets should be arriving. Justin will be here, I’m supposed to sing on Saturday evening, and about 5 other things… Why do good things always come in numbers?
So yeah, I’m in the gospel choir at Georgetown’s Law Center. I didn’t get great pictures at our recent concert, but you can check them out anyway! Let’s just say I was positively rhythmic!
Oh yeah, you can also check out photos from our very nice North Carolina vacation. Don’t you worry, even after a week in the sun, I wore so much sun block that I only tanned in one spot–the patch on my back between my life jacket and my shorts. We spent two days on a catemeran, and the second day was sunny enough that the water reflected up under my life vest. Even now I’ve got this great tan in just one little spot on my back. Figures.
Sorry for this crazy post, but I thought I’d get some things covered that have been missed in the past 6 months.
